This Amendment to the Progressive Design-Build Contract (“Agreement”) is entered into effective between the City of Wilsonville, Oregon (“City”) and Tapani/Sundt, A Joint Venture (“Design-Builder”) and amends the Progressive Design-Build Contract Boeckman Road Corridor Project between City and Design- Builder dated 6/15/2022.
