The City of Saint Cloud, a municipal corporation of the State of Minnesota (the “City”) and the St. Cloud Area Family Y.M.C.A., a Minnesota nonprofit corporation (the “YMCA”) enter into this Development Agreement (this “Agreement”) effective as of July 13, 2015 (the “Effective Date”).
