THIS AGREEMENT MADE, AND ENTERED INTO, THIS 12th day of June, 2019, by and between the Minot Public School District #1 of Ward County, of the State of North Dakota, hereinafter referred to as the Employer; and Chapter 52, an affiliate of the North Dakota United-Public Employees Local 4660, American Federation of Teachers, National Education Association, an affiliate of the American Federation of Labor, Congress of Industrial Organizations, hereinafter referred to as the Union, shall be effective as of the 1st day of July, 2019 and remain in effect from year to year hereafter unless changed or terminated in the manner prescribed herein.
