(like,from India or Canada) Yes, the RFP is open to all companies that are authorized to conduct business in the United States. 2 Do we need to come over there (USA) for meetings? Yes, in-person meetings would be required, especially when implementing the program and when doing the training. 3 Can a firm perform the tasks (related to RFP) outside USA? (like, from India or Canada) It is preferred that the work be done inside the USA. 4 Can we submit the proposals via email? No. Please see the RFP for instruction regarding proposal submission. 5 We are a private company, therefore we do not have Audited Financial reports, in the RFP there is the following requirement: Firm Financial Information – Audited or reviewed income statements and balance sheets for two consecutive years.
