This DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), is made and entered into this day of 2018, A.D., by and among the VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD, a home rule Illinois Municipal Corporation (hereinafter sometimes referred to as “Village” or “Plainfield”), and Northern Builders, Inc. as contractor and Plainfield Northern, LLC (hereinafter referred to jointly as “Developer”). The Village and Developer may sometimes be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
