This NON-SOLICITATION Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by Nayborlee, LLC with its principal offices at 516 Sosebee Farm Road, Suite 985, Grayson, Georgia 30017 and between (“Contractor”), located at solicitation of services by the Contractor to any customer of Nayborlee, LLC. for the purpose of preventing any
