This Agreement is effective the 15th of July of 2019. It is between Sutter Visiting Nurse Association and Hospice, dba VNA of Santa Cruz County (VNASC or Employer) and the National Union of Healthcare Workers (NUHW or Union). This Agreement is the embodiment of the understanding between the parties for the term that it shall be effective and as such represents a compromise of all interests resulting from collective bargaining negotiations. The Employer and the Union, and each of the officers executing this Agreement jointly and severally represent that they are duly authorized to execute this Agreement.
