Due to the unique nature and specialized area of work for central office employees, remote work may be considered under extenuating circumstances for Hardy County School Central Office employees, such as a catastrophic illness or accident of an immediate family member. Remote work requests may be granted by the superintendent for up to 20 work days. Requests beyond 20 work days must be approved by the Hardy County Board of Education.
