This agreement is entered into between School District Number 5, Stillwater County, Park City, Montana, hereinafter refer to as the “Board”, and The Park City Affiliated Teachers Federation, Local #3778, NEA-AFT, MEA-MFT, AFL-CIO, (Teachers), hereinafter referred to as the “Federation”, not to include supportive personnel, pursuant to and in compliance with the Montana Public Employees Collective Bargaining Law, Title 39, Chapter 31, (39-31-305, MCA, 1979) hereinafter referred to as the “Act”, to provide the terms and conditions of employment for teachers throughout the duration of this Agreement.
