This Agreement entered into by the City of Pittsfield, herein referred to as the “City”, and the Pittsfield Supervisory & Professional Employees Association, referred to as the “Association”, has as its purpose the promotion of harmonious relations between the City and the Association; the establishment of an equitable and peaceful procedure for the resolution of differences, the establishment of rates of pay, hours of work, and other conditions of employment. This Agreement shall be effective for the period July I, 2019 to June 30, 2022.
