This agreement is made on the first (1st) day of MAY, 2017 through the thirtieth (30th) day of April, 2020 by and between the Mid-Illini Mechanical Contractors Association (MIMCA) of Peoria, Illinois (known as the Association) for and on behalf of all Employers, and the Steamfitters Local No. 353, Pipe Trade District Council No. 34 affiliate, of Peoria, Illinois (known as the Union) for and on behalf of all Employees. The Union is affiliated with the A.F.L. - C.I.O. and the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipefitting Industry of the United States and Canada.
