This Agreement entered into bythe Town of Bridgewater, hereinafter referred to as The Town; and Bridgewater Library Staff Association, Local 4928, MLSA, MFT, AFT, AFL-CIO, (hereinafter referred to as the Association) has as its purpose the promotion of harmonious relations and peaceful procedure for the peaceful resolution of differences; and the establishment of rates of pay, hours of work, and other conditions of employment.
