This engagement letter agreement (“Agreement”) confirms that Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP (“Davis Polk”) has retained Cornerstone Research as a consultant in connection with the above- referenced matter (“Matter”) on behalf of Davis Polk’s client, Purdue Pharma L.P.
