This P-TECH 9-14 Model Agreement, (“Agreement”) is entered into by and among Haynes and Boone, LLP, hereinafter referred to as “Industry Partner”, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Texas with its principal place of business in 2323 Victory Ave Suite 700, Dallas, TX 75219; the Dallas Independent School District, hereinafter referred to as “Dallas ISD”, a public independent school district and political subdivision of the State of Texas; and the Dallas College, hereinafter referred to as “Dallas College” or “College”, a Texas political subdivision of higher education located at 2815 Bickers St, Dallas, TX 75202 (each a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”), and sets forth the roles of the various parties in regard to the implementation of the Pathways to Technology Early College High School, hereinafter referred to as “P-TECH”, model at 2815 Bickers Street, Dallas, TX 75212 (hereinafter referred to as the “Program”).
