This P-TECH 9-14 Model Agreement, (“Agreement”) is entered into by and among Haynes and Boone, LLP, hereinafter referred to as “Industry Partner”, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Texas with its principal place of business in 2323 Victory Ave Suite 700, Dallas, TX 75219; the Dallas Independent School District, hereinafter referred to as “Dallas ISD”, a public independent school district and political subdivision of the State of Texas; and the Dallas College, hereinafter referred to as “Dallas College” or “College”, a Texas political subdivision of higher education located at 2815 Bickers St, Dallas, TX 75202 (each a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”), and sets forth the roles of the various parties in regard to the implementation of the Pathways to Technology Early College High School, hereinafter referred to as “P-TECH”, model at 2815 Bickers Street, Dallas, TX 75212 (hereinafter referred to as the “Program”).

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and among City of Garland, a Texas home rule municipality on behalf of Garland Police Department, its principal place of business located at 1891 Forest Lane, Garland, TX 75042; the Garland Independent School District (“Garland ISD”), a Texas political subdivision of secondary education on behalf of Lakeview Centennial High School (“Lakeview Centennial High School”); and the Dallas College (“Dallas College” or College”), a Texas political subdivision of higher education located at 3737 Motley Drive, Mesquite, TX 75150, (each individually a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”), and sets forth the roles of the Parties in regard to the implementation of the Pathways to Technology Early College High School (“P-TECH”) model at Lakeview Centennial High School (the “Program”)

THIS AGREEMENT (hereinafter referred to as " Agreement") is made and entered into by and among Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC (hereinafter referred to as "Oncor") and Fort Worth Independent School District (hereinafter referred to as "FWISD"; together with Oncor, the "Parties") and sets forth the roles of the Parties in regard to the implementation of the Pathways to Technology Early College High School ("P-TECH") model at Tarrant County College ("TCC") South/FWISD Collegiate High School (the "Program).
