This Agreement is made and entered into this 1st day of July , 2015 between the State of Montana, Board of Public Education, Montana State School for the Deaf and the Blind, hereinafter referred to as the "Employer" and Montana State School for the Deaf and the Blind Federation of Teachers Local #4027, MEA-MFT, AFT, AFL-CIO, hereinafter referred to as the "Federation." It is the intent and purpose of this Agreement to assure sound and mutually beneficial working relationships between the Employer, its employees and the Federation and to record mutually established terms and conditions of employment.
