On 9 September 2015, the Government of Finland notified the Secretary-General, pursuant to article 18 (2) (a) of the Agreement, that it has an objection to the proposal of amendment No. 3 regarding Annex 1, appendix 2, paragraph 3.2.6, which was transmitted by C.N.181.2015.TREATIES- XI-B-22 of 19 March 2015. The Transport Division of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe has confirmed that the proposal to which Finland is objecting is independent of the other nineteen (19) proposals contained in C.N.181.2015.TREATIES-XI-B-22. The Government of Finland noted that it does not object to the remaining nineteen (19) proposals of amendment contained in the above-mentioned depositary notification.
