This Agreement is made and entered into as of the 9th day of December, 2009 by and between MARYMOUNT MANHATTAN COLLEGE in the City of New York (hereinafter called “the College”) and MARYMOUNT UNION OF STAFF EMPLOYEES, Local 7942, NYSUT, AFT, NEA, AFL-CIO (hereinafter called “the Union”), acting herein on behalf of the employees of the College, as hereinafter defined, now employed and hereinafter to be employed and collectively designated as the “Employees.”
