This agreement is made and entered into between Porter Medical Center hereafter referred to as “PMC”, and the Porter Federation of Nurses and Health Professionals, AFT Vermont, Local 5753, hereafter referred to as “PFNHP.” PMC and PFNHP recognize that PMC’s and PFNHP’s first responsibility is to provide safe, quality care to all of PMC’s patients and residents.
