THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 1st day of June, 2022, by and between the AGC of Indiana, Inc., acting as negotiating agent for and on behalf of certain firms, Party of the First Part and Laborers’ International Union of North America, State of Indiana District Council, acting for and in behalf of LIUNA Locals #120, #204, #274, #741, and #1112, Party of the Second Part, and hereinafter referred to as “Union”. Employers signatory hereto are referred to herein for the purpose of clarity as the “Employer”.
