The following may be used as a template to assist the parties if they wish to agree service levels in accordance with Schedule 6. This Schedule will only apply where the parties wish to enter into additional arrangements for the bulk/long term supply of Locums. In that respect the provisions relating e.g. to meal breaks and payment of expenses will apply to the provision of all locums appointed in connection with this SLA.
