On January 13, 2021 this Agreement was ratified by the governing body of the Township of Florence, County of Burlington, State of New Jersey, herein referred to as the Township, and the Police Captains and Police Lieutenants of the Florence Township FOP Lodge #210, of the Township of Florence, County of Burlington, and State of New Jersey herein referred to as the Association, employee, or member. In consideration of the mutual promises contained herein, it is hereby agreed as follows.
