THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day of , by and between the BOROUGH OF BELMAR, COUNTY OF MONMOUTH, a municipal corporation of the State of New Jersey (hereinafter referred to as “Borough”) and the COMMUNICATIONS WORKERS OF AMERICA, AFL-CIO (hereinafter referred to as “Union”), represents the complete and final understanding of all bargaining issues between the Borough and the Union, and is designed to maintain and promote a harmonious relationship between the Borough and such of its employees in order that more efficient and progressive public services may be rendered.
