This agreement made and entered into this 4th day of May, 2022, by and between El Camino Real Alliance as “ECRA” or the “The Charter School,” and American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, Local 540, affiliated with District Council 36, AFSCME, hereinafter referred to as “AFSCME,” includes all of the following articles and provisions. Ratified and Agreed by the AFSCME membership on May 11, 2022 and by the ECRA Board on June 23, 2022.
