This Agreement is entered into this first day of July, 2007, by and between the West Branch-Rose City Area Schools Board of Education (hereinafter referred to as the “School Board” or “Board”) and the United Steelworkers, AFL-CIO•CLC, on behalf of the Local Union No. 15095-01 (hereinafter referred to as the “Union”).
