AGREEMENT BETWEEN:Collective Bargaining Agreement • September 12th, 2001
This Agreement is entered into by the parties hereto in order to provide for orderly collective bargaining relations between the Toronto Harbour Commissioners and their employees in the bargaining unit. It is the desire of both parties to co-operate in maintaining harmonious relations between the Commissioners and their employ- ees and to provide an amicable method of settling any differences or grievance concerning the general working conditions which may arise from time to time.
