This Agreement is made effective on the 7th day of January 2020, between United Food and Commercial Workers International Union, (hereinafter referred to as “UFCW”), a non- profit labor organization, and the Washington-Baltimore News Guild (“Guild”) chartered by The News Guild-Communications Workers of America as Local #32035, for itself and then on behalf of all the employees described in Article I.
