This agreement applies to all employees of the Board other than superintendentof schools, assistant or deputy who as a condition of their employment, must possess a valid teaching certificate issued under the authority of the Department of Education, Province of Alberta, herein collectively called "the teachers" or, where the context requires, "the teacher".
