Ageia Health Services has a strong commitment to its employees to provide a safe, healthy and productive environment and to promote high standards of employee health. You have voluntarily reported a drug or alcohol dependency and are requesting an adjustment to your schedule to participate in a rehabilitation program to seek recovery. Consistent with the spirit and intent of Ageia’s commitment to establishing a Drug/Alcohol Free Workplace we will attempt to adjust your schedule to allow participation as long as all conditions are met as outlined below and the arrangement does not negatively impact the company, resident services, or is in conflict with any other company policy.
