This document is a Subaward Agreement (“Agreement”) between the Board of Supervisors of Jackson County, Mississippi (“County”) and City of Pascagoula (“Subrecipient” and/or “City”), to provide American Rescue Plan Act (“ARPA”) funds to the City as part of Local Fiscal Recovery Funds contributions relating to match funding for the Work conducted under the Mississippi Municipality and County Water Infrastructure (“MCWI”) Grant Program (“Program”) as specified below and in the attached. This Agreement is subject to all terms and conditions of the Prime Award and the MDEQ Subaward Agreement and any attachments thereto, as identified below and in the attached.
