This Interconnection/Compensation Agreement ("Agreement") is by and between Laurel Highland Telephone Company, ("LAUREL HIGHLAND TEL. CO."), with offices at 4157 Main Street, Stahlstown, PA 15687-0168 and Cingular Wireless LLC ("CINGULAR") on behalf of itself and its wireless operating affiliates as identified in Appendix B hereto with offices at 5565 Glenridge Connector, Atlanta, GA 30342. LAUREL HIGHLAND TEL. CO. and CINGULAR individually shall be referred to as "Party" and collectively as "Parties."
