Whereas, in the interests of the efficient conduct and administration of the Employer's affairs, it is desirable that there shall obtain harmonious relations, fair and reasonable remuneration for the services rendered, having regard to the responsibility attached to the position held, the nature of the duties thereof, the manner of their discharge, seniority in the service and security of tenure of now therefore witnesseth that the parties hereto covenant and agree as follows:
