In practical terms, it is the three year delivery plan for delivering the outcomes in the County and District Community Strategies. The LAA has at its core, the delivery of seamless public services, which are developed according to the needs of the customer, rather than individual organisational boundaries. For service users this means that services will be easy to access, delivered for their communities, and responsive to their needs.
