This Agreement, dated June 14, 2000, by and between the City of Vineland Electric Utility, or its successors, together with such Electric Utility properties as may be acquired, hereinafter referred to as the “Utility” and Local Union 210 of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, affiliated with the American Federation of Labor, hereinafter referred to as the “Union”.
