(“Robinhood” or the “Company”) entered in a letter agreement regarding your employment on April 28, 2020 (the “Prior Agreement”) pursuant to which you joined us as Robinhood’s Chief Legal Officer on May 12, 2020 (your “Start Date”). On August 19, 2020, you and the Company entered into an amendment letter agreement (the “Amendment Letter”), which amended and replaced the Prior Agreement in its entirety and pursuant to which you continue serving as Robinhood’s Chief Legal Officer. This second amendment letter agreement (this “Second Amendment Letter”) now amends and replaces the Amendment Letter in its entirety.
