Recognizing the common dependence of the Company and of its employees upon the welfare of the business as a whole, and recognizing further that maintenance of the existing relationship of goodwill and mutual respect between the employer and employees can contribute greatly to the maintenance of, and increase in, that welfare, the parties of this Contract have joined in the following Agreement.
