Mid-Plains Faculty Association, hereinafter referred to either as "MPFA" represents all full time employees of Mid-Plains Community College whose primary duty is the instruction of students in the Mid-Plains Community College Area as defined in the Order Amending Certified Bargaining Units and Changing Name ofBargaining Unit entered by the Nebraska Commission of Industrial Relations in Case No. 1507, Rep. Doc. No. 560, on August 19, 2020. For purposes of clarification, MPFA members may also be referred to herein as "Career and Technical Education Faculty (CTE)" describing those faculty members who were formerly represented by the Mid-Plains Vocational Educators Association (MPVEA) or "Academic Transfer Faculty'' describing those faculty members who were formerly represented by the Mid-Plains Education Association (MPEA).
