NALC President Fred Rolando and our Executive Board have successfully negotiated a national agreement with the Postal Service. The membership has overwhelmingly ratified that agreement by a vote of 94%. NJ Merged Branch 38’s Executive Board congratulates Fred and his team, and enthusiastically thanks our members who voted.
