(“Immuta”) under which Immuta provides the software platform (the “Software”) that references this Policy (“Agreement”). This Policy describes Immuta’s support offering provided by Immuta’s technical support team (“Immuta Support”) in connection with support requests related to bugs, defects, or errors in the Software or Service causing it to fail to perform in material conformance with documentation.
