(hereinafter “Chiome”), headquartered in Tokyo, Japan and led by President & CEO Shigeru Kobayashi are pleased to announce that the two parties have entered into a business alliance agreement (the "Agreement") to promote the co-development of new biosimilars by combining the human resources and biopharmaceutical development expertise/experience of the two companies.
