The Secretary-General of the United Nations, acting in his capacity as depositary and with reference to depositary notification C.N.63.2001.TREATIES-1 of 15 February 2001, concerning the amendments proposed to Annex 1, Appendices 2 and 3 of the above Agreement, communicates the following:
