Should any provision not provided for under the memorandum of agreement be added, rescinded or should the text be change by error while printing the official wording of the collective agreement previous provision should remain in effect if the parties cannot agree a disputed text and the arbitrator should have full jurisdiction to render the appropriate decision under the circumstances.
