These License and Maintenance Terms (“Agreement”) apply to any license grant by AutoForm Engineering Korea Ltd., with its registered office at #1903 Singsong Center Building, 57, Yeouinaru-ro, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul 07327, Korea (“AF”) to any end-user (“Licensee”) for the use of AF software products. By ordering, installing, copying, or otherwise using such products, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. Any terms and conditions proposed by Licensee inconsistent with or in contradiction to this Agreement shall be void and of no effect, unless specifically agreed to in writing by AF.
