These License and Maintenance Terms (“Agreement”) apply to any license grant by AutoForm Engineering Deutschland GmbH, with its registered office at Technologiezentrum, Joseph-von-Fraunhofer-Straße 13a, 44227 Dortmund, Germany (“AF”) to any end-user (“Licensee”) for the use of AF software products. By ordering, installing, copying, or otherwise using such products, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. Any terms and conditions proposed by Licensee inconsistent with or in contradiction to this Agreement shall be void and of no effect, unless specifically agreed to in writing by AF.

By ordering, installing, copying, or otherwise using such products, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. Any terms and conditions proposed by Licensee inconsistent with or in contradiction to this Agreement shall be void and of no effect, unless specifically agreed to in writing by AF.
