This Agreement is entered into as of October 1, 2016, between the City of Neptune Beach, hereinafter referred to as the Public Employer, and the Northeast Florida Public Employees' Local 630, Laborers’ International Union of North America, hereinafter referred to as the Union. It is the intent and purpose of this Agreement to assure a sound and mutually beneficial working and economic relationship between the parties hereto, to provide an orderly and peaceful means of resolving any misunderstandings or differences which ma y arise, and to set forth herein basic and full Agreement between the parties concerning the rates of pa y, wages, hours of employment, and other terms and conditions of employment. There are no, and shall be no individual arrangements contrary to the terms herein provided.
