retroactively to the 1st day of July, 2023, between the Baltimore City Public School System (hereinafter referred to as "the Board" or "the Employer") and the City Union of Baltimore, Local 800, AFT, AFL-CIO (hereinafter referred to as "CUB" or “the Union”). To the extent that implementation of these points requires action by the Board, this Agreement will serve as a request and recommendation to such body that it be so implemented.
