The general purpose of this agreement is establish mutually satisfactory re- lations between the Employer and its employees and to provide machinery for the prompt and equitable disposi- tion of grievances,and to establish and maintain satisfactory working con- ditions, hours of work and wages for all employees who are subject to the provisions of this Agreement.
