Automotive Experience, Tecumseh, Ontario, hereinafter referred to as the Company and the National Automobile Aerospace, Transportation and General Workers Union of Canada (CAW- Canada) and its local 444, hereinafter referred to as the Union in order to provide an orderly collective bargaining relationship.
