This Agreement made as of April 1, 2014 by and among the Visiting Nurse Association of Central Jersey, Inc., including Visiting Nurse Association of Central Jersey Foundation, hereinafter referred to as the “VNACJ”, and JNESO, District Council 1, IUOE, AFL-CIO, hereinafter referred to as the “Union” and the local component of JNESO, the VNACJ Staff Nurses’ Association, hereinafter referred to as the “Association.”
