The Board recognizes the Union as the exclusive bargaining agent for the purpose of collective bargaining in respect of rates of pay, hours of work and other working conditions for all office, clerical, technical employees and placement of the Board in Metropolitan Toronto save and except supervisors, persons above the rank of supervisor, employees in the classifications set out Appendix A hereto, employees covered by the certificate dated April issued by the Ontario Labour Relations to the Union, and students employed during the school vacation period.
